After questing successfully quest card 1B. What i do after ?

Go to quest card 2 side A. Follow the instruction...

When i flip to side B again ?

Someone can explain to me plz.

after completing 1b go to 2a. follow instructions (if any) then flip to 2b. follow in this same way until you get to a 'b' side that says 'if (.......) then you have won the game.'
