Seeds of Chaos

Action: Target player sacrifices a unit he controls. Then that player may discard 1 card from his hand to copy this effect (choosing a new target).

How many times can the Seeds of Chaos effect be copied?

As long as the person who sacrificed a unit can discard a card to copy its effect.

Hmm. I just got the great idea of copying seeds of chaos with Twin-Tailed Comet to extremely confuse my opponent. : D

I think it should work. I'm extremely confused already.
