Will the download rulebook be recieving any updates, to tie in with all the little rules updates from the expansion packs or doesnt that happen.

Just the core rules and then any you get buying expansions seperately and the FAQ of coarse

I think we might see some updates once the Epic and Cinematic rules are released, but other than that, no.
