Rohan decks are taking a very good way in terms of development. I have been thinking good ways to make a succesful solo deck but the only one i think is doable as of now is a rush deck. I tried to make a combination with Theoden, Eomer, and Eowyn but it isnt that good due to the fact that there's only onr spirit hero and many cards are spirit. Two player might be different with Theoden/Eomer/Hama and Theodred/Dunhere/Eowyn. What i hope VoI brings is more card draw and resource generation for the Rohan faction. Anyway i think Rohan is getting better and might be stonger to Gondor(which is very difficult to make a good solo deck that is noy Outlands).

I agree that Rohan developments are looking good. Really liking the Morgul Vale tactics cards, especially with the spoiled cards from Voice of Isengard to come... and looking forward to having more, non spirit, Rohan specific card options in the future too.

I'm was keen to field all six Rohan heros across two decks (add every Rohan card I could find and fill in the gaps)... but it looks i'd need a large helping of Lore (mono) and or traps /Gondor /rangers or a hobbit deck on a the side. To get the best any use out of the new Rohan spear & event... mostly due to Theoden, Hama & Eomer's high starting threat. This isn't a bad thing just not what I was initially hoping for... oh well.

But there are plenty of MUCH better deck builders out there...

I believe that two decks, one with the three tactics heroes (eomer included) and another with theodred, eowyn and dunhere , would be fine. Their only problem would be defence since there is no good rohan defence character, but there are the eagles to use if player does not want to use gondor allies, or use tactics events with hama to avoid being attacked

I don't disagree... might yet.. I was just picturing an epic Rohan charge into the staging area...Spear of the mark, Rohan Warhorse & Forth Eorlingals! However the combined starting threat plus x number of turns getting the cards in play discourages me from trying it.

Have been thinking that soloing Eowyn, Dunhere & Theodred or Hama. Even stead of mark, (songs), spear of the mark & Forth Eorlingals! Will work better for me at the mo... I only need to get one mass charge, at some point in the game to make me happy
