I am looking to start getting more plays of X-wing, but not a lot of my close friends play. Is there a group that meets regularly near the cities?

There is a place in White Bear Lake (just off of 96 and 35e) that is having games on Monday nights at 7. Its called Your Moms Basement. I have been the one pushing for a game night there for xwing and have had no takers yet, but will be stating to push it more in forums and such. I have quite a few of the minis and have only played a handful of times.

I think I ran into you at ffg on Saturday.

I'm planning on hitting up "the basement" for xwing tonight if your looking to play.
