Ok, so we have a group of about 5 players and we're routinely playing 300 pt multiplayer games on a too small table (3 x 5 ft atm) but we have a good time and have no problems other than running into each other. (Had a three player and five ship pile up the other night)

Right now another player and I have the largest number of ships and we just let other player use them, everyone owns something of their own however, and a good bit of the table is taken up with cards. Anyway I figure there are other big game players out there.

So how do you go about organizing your cards?

Any tricks? Hints? Personal set ups?

Keeping everything on the same surface or other smaller tables?

Suggested table size for 3-5 player games?

We played a 600 point game Sunday on a 6x12 table.

It gives us some manuver room but, once the fir ball starts its hell getting out of it.

We have room at both ends of the table for the cards.....

Sadly my gaming group is limited to me and one other person. He owns a bomber.
We often run 300 point games, but it takes quite a while with just the two of us making movement decisions. Still, quite fun and VERY different from normal games.

We use a 6x6 table and line the cards around the edges. I use a pair of ild flat closet doors with a home made death star themed tablecloth draped over it. No worries about flying over them in rd 1. 300 point games are lots of fun with 4-6 players.

If you can bring a small table, like an end table or a tv dinner table and set your cards there it tends to free up a lot of space. Short of that, stacking things so you can see the title might help.

We like to play large multi-player games, we play on a 4' x 6' matt. Place your cards where you can around the edges. Our tables are actually 8' in length so we have spare room at the ends and adjacent table space also.

Bring some anti-pursuit lasers and proton bombs for added fun.

We put 2 3x6 tables together and played a 4x6 area, giving us enough room on our sides of the table for cards and everything else.

It was 2v2, 100 points a person with no point sharing.
