So i have few questions about Career and specialization skills.
I know if you choose Career, then you get 1 skill point in each four skills you have chosen and thouse four are your career skills.
Then comes Specialization, you get to choose 2 skills from 4 in wich you will get to add 1 skill point.
This far i got then i wanted to know - When i take another specialization do i get to choose 2 more skills to put 1 skill point in? Or it doesnt work like that?
You get all the listed Career and Specialization skills as "Career" skills.
These Career skills cost less to increase.
The initial free points you only get at character creation. You do not gain free ranks in when you take a specialization with experience points.

And i dont get Specialization skills from other talent trees? Just making sure. 
Yes, when you pick a new specialization you get the talent tree AND the four specialization skills as career skills. You do not, however, get any skill points to distribute, just the four skills.

don't you get the "career" skills as well as the "specialization" skills? for instance, a politico buying the scoundrel specialization gets the 4 for scoundrel and the 8 for smuggler as career skiils, right?

No. Only the spec skills.
Mouthymerc is right. The only way to get the eight career skills is to start with that career. They can never be obtained (as a group, of course) otherwise. Only the four specialization skills.
