Edge of the Empire: Enter the Unknown expected by...

By Drathen, in Star Wars: Edge of the Empire RPG

Yeah cause they do not even ship till Dec 6th.

Well, actually they are supposed to be shipped to the stores as we speak (according to the upcoming games section). The turn around time is in question though, especially if you ordered it from a retailer who has to ship them to you.

Yeah i still say the 6th...cause now you got the holidays.

May very well be, but I think retailers usually get their stuff on Tuesdays...so my guess (and its only a guess) would be to them on the 3rd.

Honestly I wish it was tomorrow lol

My sincerest apologies to you all. I didn't mean to cause such an uproar, and I feel terrible.

I got a call from my FLGS to tell me that Beyond the Rim would be in this Wednesday. In my excitement , I completely for got that this thread is for Enter the Unknown. Again...sorry

Beyond the Rim. Suns of Fortune. Enter the Unknown. Sounds like a series of Steven Segal movies.

Hard to Kill. Marked for Death. Above the Law.

Goodnight all...

It's all good. You are just dealing with a bunch of gaming junkies who haven't had a book fix for a while. :D

I had completely forgotten what it's like to go and wait for a game book to come out so it can be worked into a campaign. Feels like the good old days.

After a long hiatus from playing ANY tabletop RPG, it's nice to be back. Not only that, it's nice to find a system in it's infancy, to be able to pick up and absorb/incorporate its supplements and products, instead of having to try and get a bunch of catalog all at once and feel like you never really made use of it all.

I remember doing this a long time ago with D&D2e. They were pumping out the brown class/race books and we were constantly checking the FLGS for the latest tomes.

Good times...

So, I guess the book will be released this friday in the US? If anyone gets a copy, could you maybe write the stats for the Big Game Hunter here (or send me a PM)? I doubt I'll be able to get my hands on the books until at least the end of the year, and my player insists he uses the BGH stats instead of the BH-Survivalist. (We'll be going through character creation as a group on sunday.)

Thanks in advance! :)

My FLGS just linked a picture of it at facebook and mentioned it being available in stock at their store. Makes me kind of regret pre-ordering it online, but now I know it's being released.

Only a matter of time.

Got back from my FLGS tonight (Wednesdays are RPG night, I am running EotE. YAY!) and he confirmed EtU in my hot little hands tomorrow/Friday ish. I live in Canada. Just sayin.'

However, did anyone notice that Dangerous Covenants is now ON A BOAT!!!!????

Still expected for Q1 2014. Still...... ON A BOAT!!!

Good night.

It's available at MiniatureMarket.com, so I should expect to see my shipping notice soon.

I just picked mine up from Miniature Market today. I haven't had a chance to look through it yet, but the little I have seen looks promising.
