When you open your profile you should see the faint words "change" in the top left corner of your current avatar picture. Clicking this opens up a wide selection of avatars for all FFG games. I wish I could change mine back to a white ghost!

yea FFG does not support Imported avatars. You must use theirs. When you click change you may need to scroll down to the bottom to find the Star Wars stuff. I had issues a couple months ago.
