I know Wedge has a lot of points sunk into him. I thought a manuverable/evading Wedge would be fun to try though. Figure in his damage plus Ibtisam with her ion cannon occasionally disrupting people, let's Tycho nip about the edges. Ibtisam gets into position as a tank for max damage or to give the ion targets, Tycho runs interference on those lining up on Wedge, and Wedge does what he does.

Or not. Just a passing idea. I'm also not tied to Ibtisam. Her ability is nice but I realize a cheaper B-wing could throw on Adv. Sensors and maybe a bigger payload. Likewise, Arvel would be a good interference runner with his ability but Tycho has better survivability.

I agree. Makes shedding stress so much easier it's almost a requirement. Also, Ibi has no way to stress herself to use her ability. Unless you're using the dial to do so, which isn't that good of an idea as it limits her movement, and you don't get an action. I personally would either drop the Ion for PTL or downgrade her (and still get rid of the ion) and pick up the HLC.

I agree with both of them about r2 for the extra green maneuvers for wedge. It makes him a little less predictable. As for Ibtisam, this is my recommendation.

Advanced sensors means you can still get an action when you perform a red maneuver because you get your action before you get your stress token. With push the limit, you have a stress token on almost every turn to get the free rerolls. I love playing these three pilots together.

I used this list against a firespray with an interceptor and a few Ties to great success a few days ago.

No engin upgrade on Wedge, but he can still focus and target lock at the same time.
