Can the FCS card be used on any other ship other than the B Wing?.

Any upgrade / crew member / armament can be used by any ship, given it has the appropiate slot for it.

If there is any restriction to this general rule, it is always written on the very same card, for example:

Luke Skywalker (Crew) - Rebel only

Rebel Captive (Crew) - Imperial only

Millenium Falcon (Title) - YT 1300 only

Royal Guard interceptor (Title) - TIE interceptor only

FCS doesn't say anything. Thus, it can be equipped on any ship with a free 'system' upgrade slot, such as the Lambda shuttle.

Short answer is, right now, just the B-wing and Lambda Shuttle.

In future expansions, anything that hsa the correct upgrade symbol can use it.

This works the same way with advanced sensors and sensor jammer.
