My local League has put together an RPG-ish thing with house-rules, which blows the world of fleet-building wide open.
My question is, according to the rules I'm posting, what fleet would you attempt to attain?
==============================================================
1] Your fleet consists of 3 ships. Tie Fighters count as 1/2 a ship each, and YT-1300s and Firespray-31s count as 2.
2] Your pilots gain points as you play.
3] You gain Pilot Levels by spending 1 more point than your current level (2 points to get to level 2 from level 1, 5 points to get from level 4 to level 5, et c).
4] You may spend points to purchase Upgrades when you are at least the pilot level of your ship that may purchase that upgrade. (X-Wings can't get an Astromech until level 2, A-Wings can pick up Elite Pilot Talents at 3, and so on). Faction-specific Upgrades (e.g. Nien Numb, Rebel Captive, et c.) may be equipped by either Faction. You may not purchase Unique Upgrades (e.g. R2-D2, Squad Leader, et c.) that is already in your fleet.
5] You may purchase ANY Named Pilot's ability, in any ship, once you've attained the level of that pilot by paying that pilot's level. You may not claim a Named Pilot Ability that is already in your fleet. (E.G. If you have a Level 4 A-Wing, you may pay 4 additional points to give it Captain Yorr's ability.)
6] You may purchase multiple Upgrades for a single slot, and gain 2 Stress Tokens to replace a discarded Upgrade. Discarded Upgrades are regained after the instance/game/scenario. You may not purchase multiple Named Pilot Abilities or Elite Pilot Talents on the same ship.
