I want to make a Chaos Theory runner deck but I have NO idea where to go with it. So, what do I do with Chaos Theory other than the small deck size?

Do what shapers do well, I guess. Rig fast. Install on-the-fly. You'll probably only need one of every breaker plus 3x self modifying code. Maybe clone chips in case of program destruction, of to support parasites if you run them.

Go big on draw. Quality Time and Diesel, maybe professional contacts. You'll see your deck faster.

I don't usually play shaper, so I don't have much more to offer, but don't forget CT also comes with one extra MU, allowing you to have more programs with less support cards needed. Find a use for it. Femme Fatale is a good fit.
