I know it is sort of against Imperial Battle Doctrine, but I wanted to do a for Imperials with all high pilot skills-

Darth Vader + Stealth Device

Soonter Fel + Stealth Device + Push the Limit

Howelrunner

Mauler Mithel

I think this would be a fun list to run. It would really rely on my player to fly the ships well and to be able to capitalize on high manuverability and high pilot skills.

I dare you. With rebels, I like nothing better than parity, ship wise, with the Empire.

When you've got so few ships, make sure that you've got your defenses on your damage.

In this case, Howlrunner is your most damaging ship, because she provides 1/2 a Target Lock for all your others for free. Give her one of the Stealth Devices, and make sure that she always takes the most defensible action possible (Barrel Rolling out of firing arcs, or Focusing with 4 or more evasion dice, or Evading with 3 or fewer), as her damage isn't through her own guns.

Vader, having the 1/2 Target Lock from Howlrunner, should pick up a Focus for Damage, and either a Barrel Roll or Evade for defense.

Soontir Fel's got 3 actions to choose from. Treat him as a flanker: the best defense is not getting shot at. He's got the most attack dice, so he won't need to hang with Howlrunner as much. Boosting and Barrel Rolling is often going to be your actions of choice, to get out of firing arcs, but if you can't avoid the damage, a Focus/Evade combo is still a great option.

Mauler Mithel is your most expendable ship. Don't lose him stupidly, but don't mourn his loss that much.

I fly a similar list: Vaders Interceptors. Good so far. 4-1 or so with it. See battle reports.
