Everyone fires at PS7, hence aforementioned name. General idea was to keep it simple, and effective. Able to knock out howlrunner before the rest of her tie swarm can benefit, also a good amount of PS6 named pilots out there. Gunner helps keep the dice true, and reduces dependency on Target Locks.

Bounty hunter is normally PS3, nees STs to get him to 7.

I see the double Firespray builds as a bit cumbersom, reckon a well flown group of X wings or Ties could split them up and hunt them down, but thats only really based on a couple of attempts with such builds

Just to follow up, was not impressed with "The Super 7" list at all, did not have very good synergy to do much of anything, tried some slight tweaks to pilots, kath to fett, mauler to darkcurse, still not a good list.

It's working out much better, I dont think I'm going to run lists with 2x Firespray with anything less than 2 tie fighters. The extra fighters give me the ability to flee to range 3 with an injured firespray, while still occupying enemy fighters, as well as the Firespray's have some built in movement control to prevent chase themselves.
