Hi Guys,
What would you propose for a 80pt Rebel list?, As far as minis go I have 3 X-Wings, 2 B-Wings and the YT-1300, I can proxy cards. I was thinking Ibitsam and Ten Numb or Wedge + Ibitsam.

80 points is a bit odd. 100 is the standard, but for 80, i've knocked some things together for you.
Chewbacca (with Gunner)
Ibtisam (with Push the Limit and Fire-Control System).
Blue Squadron Pilot (with Ion Cannon)
Blue Squadron Pilot (with Ion Cannon)
Garven Dreis (with R2-D2)
Blue Squadron Pilot (with Advanced Sensors and Engine Upgrades)
Blue Squadron Pilot (with Advanced Sensors and Engine Upgrades)
Rookie Pilot (with R2-Astromech)
Red Squadron Pilot (with R2-Astromech and Proton Torpedoes)
Rookie Pilot (with R2-Astromech and Proton Torpedoes)
Rookie Pilot (with R2-Astromech and Proton Torpedoes)
Luke Skywalker (with R2-D2 and Push the Limit)
Rookie Pilot (with R2-Astromech)
Rookie Pilot (with R2-Astromech)
[79 point fleet]
I'd want to playtest around to see which of these would be the best, but they all have their merits. Some of the odder ones have particularly nasty tactics, which I can explain if you ask me to.
Frankly, though, in an 80 point meta, I'd run Imperial swarm:
Howlrunner (with Elusiveness)
Academy Pilot
Academy Pilot
Academy Pilot
Academy Pilot
Academy Pilot
hmm.. to bad you don't have any A-wings or B-wings. They are the cheaper rebel ships and would work pretty well with an 80 point list. I wouldn't rush out to buy anything though, I think this list would do well, its a modified version of one Draco posted. Any of the other ones Draco posted I think would do well in a game too.
Blue squadron pilot w/ HLC - 29pts

The difference is that oddeye's fleet is better at Range 2-3, and mine is an absolute monster at Range 1.
You see, with Adv. Sensors, you never have to lose an action to a red maneuver. You also can boost/barrel roll before doing a maneuver that would result in a collision. Epically, you can combine these two facets by boosting before doing your 2 Koiogran. Yes, you can Koiogran at at angle with this. Or do a 4 Koiogran. Or do a 2.5-3.5 Koiogran two ship-widths to the left (or right). Or Target Lock before doing a Koiogran. All of these, followed by shooting them in the butt in the most surprising move in the game, is a very satisfying experience. Watching them completely unable to escape these hyper-mobile Bs is also amazing, as you can be practically anywhere they don't want you to be. And yes, making sure you always get your action is worth 3 points even if you only focus and target-lock with the advantage.
Of course, with Oddeye's fleet, you can do a 1 forward, and barrel-roll as far backwards as possible, so you're just kind of crab-walking. This, combined with possibly the best upgrade in the game (I mean, there's a reason it costs 7 points, after all), and what you've got are two snipers. For best results, stop crab-walking a turn before they're expecting combat, and use your X-wing to body-block one of them into deadsville. Also, according to the FAQ, the HLC's crit-reduction resolves BEFORE any modifications happen, including re-rolls from target locks (and also Marksmanship or Merc Co-Pilot). You heard it here, folks, that if you target-lock a crit onto an HLC, you get to keep it! Add to the fact that when they're at Range 1 you'll still be rolling 4 dice from your primary guns, you've got crazy damage output.

Edit. You'd think I could spell right with such a short post.

Both of these have a lot of face-punch for an 80 point fleet. One is the venerable Han Shoots First, after a Rookie Pilot dies. The other is a "Don't let that near me!!!" fleet, as it suffers a bit at range 3.
hmm i think 3 ships would work well with an 80 pt rebel list. actually it might give a rebel player more of an edge than 100pt games. Besides my previous list with the B's w/ HLCs you might try:
Garven 30pts
-proton torp
rook 25pts
-proton torp
rook 25pts
-proton torp
Garven can hand out focus while the rooks target lock for max damage on the torps. good alpha strike. could also swap out garven for a red squadron pilot and give everyone an r2 astro for better movement.
