Or - put in another way - is Italian version foreseen (as the base game is...) ? :-P

Can't really give you an answer on this, but considering the amount of FFG translated in Italian in the last years (including the PoD for Mansions of Madness), I'd be rather optimistic Maybe you can consider sending an e-mail to Giochi Uniti and ask?
