I have gotten 2 of those cards from FFG Customer Service. They replaced my Lambda, TIE Interceptor and a warped based. Love their customer service and will continue to support Star Wars X-Wing miniatures!
They are very cool. I have to say, they will continue getting all the $$$ I can spend on them.
My TIE bomber was missing one of the plastic sticks from the base. Not a big deal since it could be flown with just one, but it wouldn't then match my others.
FFG sent me another stick anyway. I live about 4,000 miles away in the UK...so the postage will have been far more than the cost of the bit of plastic.
Outstanding customer service from these guys.
Got a Tie Fighter replacement in less than 4 days, and I live in Southern California! Their customer service is top notch.

Right on! From contact to delivery was five days for me too, great!
That is such a pretty little ship.
First they replaced my first TIE Advanced because the wings were clearly not aligned well.
Then they replaced my X-Wing Expansion when the laser cannons were way off kilter (more than normal).
Then they replaced my Tie Interceptor when it was missing one of its laser cannons
Then they replaced my Lambda because it generally kind of stinks as a model. The replacement was not improved, but now I have a back-up for when the first one inevitably breaks because of its meh construction.
Then I bought a whole bunch of ships to complete my collection through this wave (but who am I kidding I'll still buy a small expansion whenever I play at local store).
That whole bunch of ships had a whole bunch of problems.
A bent large ship peg
A severely bent large ship base
Another problematic Lambda with paint and construction problems
Another Tie Interceptor with a missing cannon.
All replaced, package came in the mail last week.
It is frustrating to have to contact CS due to having problems at all, I will say. So many problems. But I am always confident in buying FFG products because, if for some reason I get a dud, they have never failed to provide me a replacement.
And the notes, while there are only like three variations of them, are that extra little touch of care. <3 FFG CS. And FFG in general, really. I would probably try to work there if I lived remotely nearby. But I never will.
PS. I swear it's the same handwriting on the note every time.
Edited by HooblaDGNI have a good response of they too, I really glad to get the products of this company, congratulations, greettings
They're an awesome company. I haven't really felt the need to replace any of my ships yet, because the misalignments and such that I've experienced so far are usually minor enough to ignore, but from all accounts they are a top notch company in the customer service department (a work force which is sorely underappreciated, I feel).
That is some terrible luck, Hoobla. I've got a couple TIEs with wings that could be a bit straighter or whatever, X-Wing cannons a bit bent, but never anything like the litany of woe you've described. FFG are second to none with customer service tho.
Funny side story. I bought the starter for Attack Wing a few months back, and two of the three ships inside had been mounted on their pegs badly. The Klingon ship was leaning slightly, like it was banking. The Romulan ship looked like it was crashing into the Death Star or something - leaning forward sharply AND somehow off to the side.
Anyway I filled out a complaint on the WizKids page, which was so obnoxious that I tried about three times and was never even 100% sure that it submitted properly. No confirmation page, no confirmation email, nothing. I was literally not sure that the thing had even gone through.
Fast forward about 6 weeks and I get an email from WizKids Games that my order has shipped. It took me a minute to figure out what they would even be shipping me it had been so long without any word. I'll give them credit - a few days later, sure enough, a new Romulan and Klingon ship arrived, much better assembled, but the whole process was just bad compared to similar experiences with FFG or Privateer Press.
Best Customer Service I have every seen. These guys really support us.

I'm glad their customer service is awesome. Not surprising as their buisness model is far better than others (GW.. cough cough.)..
I've been lucky, I have many ships with only one slight skewed engine on one of my x-wings. Not really going to bother them with that, when i have some free time I'll just pull it off and reglue it.
I broke a peg that came with my HWK. I messaged them and told them it was my fault and would be willing to pay to replace it. Got an email the next day saying no compensation was needed, they had already shipped me replacement pegs without charge. Very great company. I would be giving them my money regardless, but their fantastic customer service makes me HAPPY to give them my money.
I was missing a stick for my B-Wing. I have just been swapping out from my other ships. I should contact them. never thought it was an option. My TIE bomber was missing one of the plastic sticks from the base. Definitely worth it. The process is very easy.

That is just cool, they sent the pegs as soon as they knew you needed them.
