As a whole, the family balances out as neutral. Ace joined the rebellion, Tommazz wanted to work with them to take their credits, Anton wanted to avoid them and Galen was warry of getting involved with them.

Areon and Emon I feel only fled to the rebellion as they couldn't think of anyone else who would protect them.

And the stunt they tried to pull on the Virazo- if that isn't scummy I don't know what is!

I vote rebel.

The Azzameens are independent contractors who, with the exception of Emon, ultimately sided with the Rebellion (Aeron and Ace) or died leaning towards the Rebellion (Antan, Galen, Tomazz). Same as Han Solo, Dash Rendar, and Kyle Katarn. In each of the later cases, an ambiguous ship was assigned to the faction of it's iconic pilot.

Also, the line between rebels and scum is somewhat gray. In order to avoid the empire, rebels have to smuggle their supplies and use other "scummy" tactics. I don't think you can assign a faction based on these activities.

That said, while I love the ship, I don't think it's practical to add. It's just too similar to ships that we already a few copies of.

Quite frankly im surprised S&V is even a faction. The ones that wouldnt be dealing with the rebels would be hunting the rebels via bounty hunters.

Other than Han there really isnt any reason for any of them to ultimately be Rebel instead of S&V. Han because of the series and obviously Leia. Admittedly there would be a few pilots or ships that wouldnt make any sense as rebel OR imperial but still wth

Even as I prefer the Azzamen to be Rebels I wpuld have no problems with a rebel/scum box featuring the Azzamen familiy in both rebel and independant ships. It could be like the Most Wanted with cards/cards for differnt ships and factions.

And the Alliance also paid smugglers for delivering supplies.

That was a big issue after the New Republik was established. Well we know you supported our Rebellion but y'know, as a valid gouvernement we can't allow you to smuggle anymore.

If you were going to release this ship (which personally I'm ambivalent about, given it's a Totally Not Another Falcon, Honest deal), I see no reason why they couldn't throw a couple cards in for each side.
