Will we ever see more encounters for board expansion other worlds and locations?

By Guest, in Arkham Horror Second Edition

Please tell me we will... it's less of a problem for locations, but with every small box expansion only expanding the the base game's other world, the new other worlds are so watered down you almost never have a proper encounter in them. Do you think there's a chance we'll see a small box expansion that adds gate cards for another time, lost carcosa, unknown kadath and underworld, and maybe even to the locations on the new boards as well?

As things currently stand if you have the whole deck together and you discard the first "other" encounter for the Underworld or Another Time you'll see at least one specific encounter a little half the time in a two turn sojourn in one of those places. That's pretty much good enough, honestly. But you need to do something like that or yeah, you see an Underworld specific encounter only 17% of the time down there. Another Time might as well just be a slightly less difficult version of Another Dimension.

This may or may not be considering off topic, but personally I don't like the idea of using more than one (or, at most, two) expansion(s) at a time. Apart from the question of card-dilution, I think that mixing weakens the theme of each expansion, detracting from the all-important atmosphere of the game (theme-dilution I suppose you could call it). Incorporating individual elements from expansions is different, of course. For the same reason I've been toying with the idea of composing Ancient One-specific monster cups, though I can imagine that other people have done that before.

Too much work if you ask me. I like to play with them all, although I do get scared by the height of the mythos deck... and I'm still lacking three expansions!

Always playing with all expansions. Uncontrollable decks. Too many cards. Love it.

Honestly, I almost felt handicapped being limited to only two expansions during the Summer League.
