The left engine has the frosted shade over the bulb. The other two engines reveal the tinfoil reflectors. All three will be shaded.

The turrets are not permanent fixtures yet. I would like to utilize those tiny little magnets that some of yall have used. I just want them to be able to rotate. Where to get those magnets?

I am the Mel from the Mel Miniatures. If you ever need some other piece done (like the shield generators on top of the bridge) or the turrets in a particular size, or whatever you can think, i would be glad to do them for you. This thing looks wonderful.

Here is one just for you guys. I'm not done with the details on the rear wings yet. Mel, do you recognize the lower turret section? I like your work. I ordered some of your proximity mines and they are very fun. I used the proximity mine template from the Firesrpay and made foam bases which I can remove from the mine mini during transport. Fighting in a minefield is hella fun. I saw that you made a Cylon Raider and Viper too. Very cool. Your Houndstooth is in testing. Will it be available in 1:270?

Ok, ive done a few parts that you might be interested in. The Shield generator, a Turret that looks more like the one a Star Destroyer has and a Sensor Array.

Im currently improving the Hounds Tooth to make it more detailed (right now is just easy geometry). Soon it will be uploaded and it will look much better (although it will be expensive as hell because of the size)

That is going to a darn fine ship! Could you post a pic with a TIE fighter for scale? I have toyed with an idea of kit-bashing a BSG Vyper and using it for some bigger ship in X-wing.

I'll admit I was dubious on the first page.. but it's looking really good now.. Bravo.
