Need help!

I'll preface this all by saying what I primarily need help with is the lack of jedi. I know, agree, and understand the arguments for jedi not being in the book. But my group of players wants Jedi, it makes Star Wars fun for them, my role as the GM is to make the campaign fun! Don't really want this thread to become an argument on that.

We're looking to run a campaign set as an alternate "What if" scenario, if Qui-Gon Jinn survives and trains Anakin how does the clone wars play out?

Everyone is super excited about this, but they want to play original force characters. I'd like to know if there is good Mods/fan made content for both Jedi and Sith. I know people would say EotE isn't for you if you want to play Jedi like this, but I honestly think FFG made an amazing system, love the dice mechanics, just want Jedi and Sith. Thank you, the first link is proving very useful.

Now say the campaign takes a dark turn...The PCs as a group will be fighting the battle most Jedi face. Would separate classes be required, or maybe just a specific talent tree?
