Had a guy tell me the other night if a character with toughness is wounded and returned to your hand the instantly die.

Is this the case?

No. He might be thinking of wounding an insane character?

They are my 2 favorite LCGs and the only ones I play currently!

I've tried all the others and even bought into Netrunner and Thrones only to sell them. WHI and CoC are definitely the best.

I hope I wasn't the one who told you that ... whoever it was could be confusing the fact that a wounded character with toughness who goes insane is instantly killed.
