I created this generic record card for our campaign. It will be printed on 6" x 8.25" and laminated. This will allow us to write in the details of our pilots and ships and then wipe details as required.

For actions and upgrades you simply mark the ones available for the ship type you are flying. (maybe a circle)

I would make the ship values lighter so that the Attack/Defense/Hull/Shield are more readily visible when you write them in.

Other than that, all jealousy.

Edit: Use black wet erase markers on the laminated pages and cover up the upgrades you don't have.
