Can you go over your hand size? Do you dicard cards if you are over your hand size?

What I'm ask:

The new Ken starter has alot of draw cards in the deck. Once I am over my hand size do I discard down at the end of my turn? Can I even go over my and hand size?

You can go over your handsize.

If the number of cards in your hand is more than your handsize at the end of your turn.........good for you. (You don't discard down, you just don't draw any on your next turn if you have more than your handsize)

Stamp for Cascade. your hand size isn't a limit, it's just how much you'll draw to during your draw phase. If you're at or over it, just means you won't draw anything during your draw phase.
