As l understand it you exhaust the Healing Stone to use in the Upkeep phase. When the next Upkeep phase comes around can you use the Healing Stone again after it has been refreshed or do you have to wait for the following Upkeep phase to use it again.

Well, Phase 1 goes like this, in order:

1.1 Refresh Exhausted cards

1.2 Perform Upkeep Actions
