If so I would give him determination just to keep his skill and him alive longer.

I dont think you need to be at 99pts with that squad.

you could always drop one black to an academy to use as road block and give howl stealth

Or even give Roark swarm tactics and drop a swarm tactics on black in favour of draw fire then still all shoot at 12
