Man that is just wrong not to give em Epic pilot just because they died.. I mean come on Garvin and Arvel were both squadron leaders (red / green respectivly) and neither can even take squad leader. I'd also like to point out Arvel has a pretty lame ability for such a heroic rebel.. he took out the super star destroyer almost single handidly.
This is in memory of Arvel, Green leader.. you shall not be forgotten brother.

While I'm not discrediting Arvel's efforts... the destruction of the Executor had more to do with the damage it had already sustained to its guidance and navigation systems. Which could not prevent it from being pulled into the Death Star II's gravity well. Arvel just killed all the officers before they had a chance to evacuate to save their sorry asses.
