Fantasy grounds

Is there a ruleset for EotE?

Could you elaborate the question? I'm not sure what you mean.

Perhaps he means whether there there is a generic rule set for SW RPG's system? No idea what's meant by 'Fantasy grounds'.

Fantasy Grounds is an online program you can use to play RPGs online with friends. I know there is a ruleset for WFRP3 with both Fantasy Grounds and RP Tools, but I don't know about Edge of the Empire. I have heard that there is an Edge of the Empire add-on for Google Chat to roll dice where the rolls are viewable to the others in chat, but I don't know if there is any additional functionality beyond the dice rolling. Roll 20 might have something as well if you end up looking at Google Chat.

Roll 20 has a dice script that works perfectly, but you have to be a "Mentor" level subscriber to use it (along with access to various forums, dynamic lighting, and a few other bonuses). It's $100/year for that level access, but if you play often enough that's a pretty small price to pay ($8.34/month) You'd easily spend that same amount in gas driving to your buddies house once a week.

I've been using it for a while to keep my group goign when several members had to move to another city. I do reccomend you use Skype for the voice comms instead of the integrated one in Roll20 though. Skype is just a little more stable and has less issues when dealing with the wide range of hardware that's out there.
