I searched and despite finding some pretty amazing character sheets and form field sheets i was unable to find a good ''blank'' page to use to design some npc cards. I'm bassically looking for the background decoration found on the pages of the books. the distressed tan with various yellow and red stripes and markings. preferably in jpeg but I can handle any file type.
Does anyone have any idea whereabouts I might find this?

Yeah I'm not looking for a ''printer friendly'' version though,
I did figure it out though. using a combination of acrobat, word and photoshop I think I was able to remove all the text from one of the pages of the long arm of the hutt pdf leaving only the pretty background effects
Get it by actually clicking the "download" link in the Media Options box on the right and you'll have the full res version usable as a background in full page documents.
There's a White version too if you don't like the off-white one.

Look pretty cool. One bit of advice, I would pick a font size that is the same on all of them. Switching font size to fill all the avalable space is kind of bad design. Also, use a "half return" between sections. You also might want to look for a slightly squeezed font, like Helvetica Narrow to get more stuff crammed in better.
I'm no graphic designer... but heres a link to the template if you want it. You can add whatever font makes you the happiest
