Exspansion ideas (FFG I insist steal any idea here)

Create monsters at your leisure and sell them OL's love monsters! I'm intrested in playing sometimes just goblins someday or undead ect. For thematic reasons this should appeal to many OL's. Like plot decks make and sell them.

OL decks? Why the heck not I'd buy them! Sell them in packs.

Campaigns? Make many!

Hero stuff? I have no idea...maybe add a merchant NPC in some quests so heroes may spend some hard earned exp. and cash while adventuring. Give them a feeling I'm leveling up while questing feel. Or a hero raid mob that can be defeated for wealth or extra power.

I love thematic reason. Always have! In "at the forged" I was very upset that I could not have dragons, aside from ice wyrms, in my open group. I was a very sad OL.

They have a few ways of buying things in the travel. I have seen that card do well for my heroes. And they go to a merchant every travel phase.

I have said it before and I will say it again. I would love a water like themed campaign. At least by the ocean if nothing else.

As said in another thread : create a solo/coop version, with a special OL AI (another system than the present cards, with random traps, monster boosts, etc.), and with exploring (i.e. the map unfolds in a semi-random way).

It would reconcile some people that don't like D2 because it is not a dungeon crawler and it would make the best use of the lighter rules' system of D2.

One could even imagine a campaign system, with the heroes improving from quest to quest.

That sort of thing was done for the WW2 wargame Advanced Squad Leader.

Gears of War works that way.

I bet impossible is not English either. ;)
