Wave 1 is available on Amazon France. About 13 euros for each of them. Also, the cards are in English for the one I found.
The only problem is shipping, I first selected shipping to my US address and it was 60 euros!!! Lucky me, my parents are in France and I got my miniatures shipped to their place for 7 euros.
It is kind of insane how long it has taken them. I understand that it is around the corner, but they have been in reprint since the start of the summer. It should not take half a year to restock them.
Luckily I just bough anther core and got into the LCG to pass the time, but I would really like another Tie and X-Wing for the ship and especially the cards, I want at least one Advanced and three Y-Wings. I don't really want to buy out of wave 1 yet either, because I haven't played with any other ships but Ties and X-Wings, and have no idea what I would do with A-Wings or Tie Bombers ETC...
I am sure that I will buy them in the future, but until then I guess I sit and wait.
Does anyone know if there is any wave 1 stock in Colorado?

Well in that time they've put out a reprint of wave 2, released wave 3, and have devoted at least some resources to the Imperial Aces set.
I understand peoples fustration. I felt the same way about TI's and A's when those were scarce. But I'm pretty sure that FFG would much rather have product out there being bought by people then not. So I'm sure they're doing everything they can to get wave 1 out the door ASAP.
My Local shop is getting 6 of each of wave one here shortly. Looking forward to getting a
few of each.

Dates? Pff, FFG don't deal with no dates. At best, you will get some vague target area once it is on the boat. They are obviously printing enough to keep it in stock for a while. I would imagine it will start the journey over here sometime next week. I would guess, Wave 1 restock in early Nov, Aces just before Christmas.

There was no need for a wave 1 reprint until about a month ago or so. Prior to that most places still had wave 1 stuff in stock.
You can also try Target for starter sets.
I just need ONE TIE and X-wing expansion each so I can have all the pilot cards I want... just one of each. But I'm absolutely not spending $30 or more on these expansions just to get them on eBay now . *sigh* Guess I'll wait until the reprint.

I do that for upgrade card in my casual games. But I'd pay for 3 proximity mine tokens.

Yeah I know, but in the case of Duke of Advil, he said he was only interested in playing friendly games. If all he needs is the cards and is only playing friendly games. There's no reason why not to print out a wedge card and use that until the expansions are back in stock.

Prior to wave 2, I'd say you had all you needed. But now there's actually a reason to use the Advanced for something other then Vader.
