I suppose the answer is "yes", but I just want to be sure:
Can I "Narrow Escape" ( Interrupt : When your opponent chooses a single target for a non-capturing card effect, choose a new target for that effect. The new target is chosen as if you executed the effect) an opponent's Heat of Battle or Battle of Hoth and turn it against him/her? The same with Vader's Reaction and Defense Protocol?
