Disciples of the Dark Gods and Creatures Anathema would probably be the best choices here. Both deal heavily in Chaos Cults, or what you'll be trucking with if you are a Chaos Cultist. They both also have a good amount of tech-heresy stuff in it as well, in case you're tech-priest decides to go Chaos Cultist as well.
I would suggest "Disciples" bevor "Creatures". The first one has rule for "Sorcery" and a section about the general "mechanics" of a cult (not be confused with "rules mechanics", which is does not provide for cults).
In addition, you will find the rules mechanics for summoning and binding demons and some extra fluff if you want to join the apocalyptic chaos cult known as the "Pilgrims of Hayte" (which are the "riot, bloodsheed and demons"-type) or the more secretly "Brotherhood of the Horned Darkness" (the "secrets, sorcery and pacts-for-power" party)
First choice would definitely be Disciples of the Dark Gods . The name says it all. There's cult related stuff for the Big 4. Nurgle, Khorne, Tzeentch, and Slaanesh. And also helpful suggestions on how to play them form the GM's perspective.
Creatures Anathema has some good stuff too, but is primarily there for the myriad of crazy nasty beasts and xenos you'll commonly run into in the Calixis Sector. Although there is something to be said for the section on minions and scaling adventures to fit a type of game play.
Inquisitor's Handbook has the Redemptionist packages for good example of how to make a cult package, there are cult packages in a few of the sections in Disciples of the Dark Gods (such as Logician Agent).
But I would highly recommend grabbing a copy of the WFRP 2E book Tome of Corruption. Though made for the fantasy counterpart of 40K, it has cool information on cults, cultists, magos, the worship of dark gods and more. The systems of similar enough to cross over with little to no real work. (Just give the demons in the book the appropriate demon traits and you are good to go).
Upcominh Radical“s Handbook also would be useful, at least I hope so:)
