This has probably been answered a long time ago but is the Promo foundation Domination supposed to be an Enhance? It reads like one, but it says it's a Form. My latest tourney rules don't mention this particular card, so I thought I'd ask. My money's on Enhance.

Yes, I believe it was errata'd to say E instead of F.

i don't think it actually got that errata yet, but it's something i suggested to be added to the TR.

as of now, play it as an F that effects your next attack
