precisely. she really is amazing. I have been playing her in casual games for 2 months. She is a bully and make owlface much better(I can see it being banned now).

sloooooow down there bud with the banned talk.

she in no way breaks it. just makes it more efficient at nomming.

(btw, play nefarious deeds with her. go ahead, try it partido_risa.gif )

hey don't forget about ring of fame, it seems to match 2 resources, but might fall kinda short because it is a terrain asset.

I agree that the combination is mean for Ninon and Olcadan, just throwing down the Nefarious Deeds is straight-out not right but appropriate.

To me, Ninon is the best one of those three... reasons simply obvious. Also I love the static of Rock Howard, it's like Hugo support where whatever's being played you draw a card. I can imagine some players combining said abilities to get out some blocks and such to prevent death.

Rock Howard has been a wet dream since I saw him on THD, and I can't wait to try him out in more competitive play!

*read Nefarious deeds*

Definitely some possibilities there.

can anyone read Revenent's card number? SC8P?

It is SC8P (7/12 if you're looking for his slot in your collection binder).

ok not that was a little too far and sometimes I get far... (if you actually know me)
But it's good to know that Rock makes you feel that way -.-;;

rock makes our scout feel that way.

all needed to be said is; "Rock makes him rock-... hard"

but if he likes the character then he may act that way. I act that way with better air characters.

I meant I was having a dream where I played promo Rock Howard whilst also being a porpoise. Why, what did you think I meant?

gran_risa.gif lol

P.S. Loving the rock- ...... hard

That actually made me do a laugh-snort!

P.P.S. I always forget the american sense of humour is tweaked ever so slightly differently to the Brits, so sorry if that last joke made you put on a confused face and gibber

P.P.P.S. On topic, I wish they would bring out a decent version of Rev, I love the fact he's a thespian and a scary skull-headed dead guy!

Give Revenant a commit ability almost like the re-printed promo Cammy; First F commit: All attacks have -X damage. X equals the amounts of cards in your hand.

The one thing I like about Rock Howard is the non-stop-block-shop because of how you can build a deck around just pulling cards with a block mod and either getting more offense or even more defense. That's how I built the Lizardman deck for my roommate and he loves blocking everything.

If you could come up with a Rock Howard promo what would the abilities be? (and no you may not say "instantly win if player becomes Rock- ... hard)

::Rock Howard::

F commit: If my opponent is G:F, all of my attacks get +2 damage and +2 speed.

E commit: If my opponent is G:M, they lose 3 vitality and I gain 3 vitality.

R act sexy: After your opponent falls for your good looks, if G:M move to Mass. and rent a condo, if G:F go out to dinner, have a one-night stand, and never call them again.

I actually built Rock Howard: last night, both out of curiosity and boredom of waiting for Set 12 to come out, and discovered he's a lot faster than I thought he would be. Valeria's Shop works oddly well with him, where I wouldn't even consider playing it with anyone else. Going second with him is awfully fun, although I've yet to have a problem going first either, he's quite impressive, really. I even found myself using his Enhance on occasion!

I've built him with a fairly normal Order-aggro build, using High Plasma Beam (nomnom 5-Hander), Lunar Slash (I draw whether you block it or not) and Mega Spike using Personal Style for damage pump, as is well known amongst Order players. The biggest problem I see with Rock is that Donovan seems to be able to do very similar things, but more effectively. Having played Donovan a hell of a lot, I can see the comparison between the two. Although I've been wrong in the past. :D

He's MINE Viewtiful, hands off!!!

Seriously, Rock Howard is a draw monster, I was thinking of a splashed All/Order construction, giving some serious access to damage pump (Fight or Flight anyone?) and then going to town with either block/reversal shenanigans or a plain old OTT smack to the face with something huge, using BRT or Kung fu to push it through.

wow, I'm very surprised that Rock promo isn't more ... I don't know... I was expecting more of something.

and for that Rock build, yeah that's what I've heard/seen a lot of Rock's being played... other than being thrown at me -.-;;
The difference between most of them is if they run stun for their attack keywords too.

"Reversal, STUN 2. Reversal, STUN 2" and so on, not fun on my own turn.

OK, where is this Stun and Reversal attack, and where can I get a playset?!?!

Well, Shadow Blade and Feline Spike are both Stun:2 Reversals; Shadow Blade is a common from Realm of Midnight, FSpike an UR from the same set.

there isn't an attack on his symbols that has stun and reversal...

Double Cyclone Punch, or is it Gale? it's got Geese doing the attack on pathetic Bogard (hehehe)

it's an attack that commits an opponents foundations.

sorry for the confusion on people.
