No Rest for the Wicked and large monster expanding

If I play "No Rest for the Wicked" when a hero expends stamina to move, can I choose to use a large monster in response, and when that large monster moves, can I choose to expand as I normally would when moving a large monster?

Yes. And its awesome. You don't get many chances to take advantage of Large Monster Movement 1 MP at a time, but this is one of them. Large Monsters make this card go from "Great" to "Mwahahaha"
