Heads up Pilots, I may be just misreading this, but I have been planning a Wave Three order, and keeping my eye on stock quantities at Mini Market and Cool Stuff. I have noticed that all of the ships except for the new Hawk, and Tie Interceptor are in good quantities I think that both of these ships, especially the Interceptor are going to be the ships that are hard to find, for a while...

I just got paid so I have all of these ships I want, for now. If you have been thinking of getting more it might be a good time to place an order.

I think quite the opposite. With the new Imperial Aces expansion coming out in Q4, people will be buying those instead of the regular Inteceptor expansion. I think most people have their fair share of Tie Interceptors, and might be selling them on ebay (used of course) to make room for the Imperial Aces.

Pre-order a imperial aces and rebel aces pack when you can. I will watch MM for the next few weeks for those.

I may have jumped the gun. Last night MM had 60 Interceptors and 5 Hawks, but now (after my order has been secured) there are 150 Interceptors, and zero Hawks.

Last week I watched the Interceptors dwindle from 190 to 60... and I was getting nervous to be honest.

some but not all, i won't be selling any of the five i currently own simply because i love playing with 5 alphas, and the new royal guard packs don't come with alphas or avengers

so alas, i'll have 9 interceptors when everything is all said and done... massive 200 point interceptor battle anyone?

Im not worried about interceptors in the least.

I have five interceptors. I rarely use more than two at a time for X-Wing. But with Age of Rebellion incoming out soon, I won't be selling of any of them even though I will be getting Imperial Aces expansion to bolster the ranks. The variety to offer in the RPG will be wonderful.

I think they have finally hit the point where most of the people who really wanted interceptors have got them, and with the imperial aces product announcement I think a lot of people who were planning to get a few more will probably hold off and wait for that instead.

I also noticed on CoolStuff that their inventory ran out but then they got more in except they increased the price of those expansions by about $3 IIRC. To me that said there is a higher probability of the HWK's selling out and being hard to find.

Yup, it is $12 everywhere I shop, while other ships are $10'ish.

So, what gives? We're there just less HWK-290s made? I can't see them outselling the other ships, especially when 3 B-Wing squads and 4 Tie Bomber squads seem to be in vogue.

As of last Saturday, my FLGS has not yet received ANY Moldy Crows. They've gotten the rest, but no HWKs. I've heard the local Barnes and Noble has some, which is odd because last I checked they weren't carrying the game at all.

i have 1 HWK-290, 3 Tie-Bombers, 2 B-Wings and a Shuttle. my LGS is already out of bombers and running low on B-Wings. think ill get one more bomber, not sure if ill bother with ne more than that.

I'd say they set prodction based on the number of pre-orders they received.

Most people got 1 maybe 2 HWK's, not because it was a EU ship, but because as a support ship you just don't have any reason to buy 3-4 of them.
