Where to buy playing mat?
Currently there are no official netrunner mats available outside of tournaments/games night kits. There are some nice designs I've seen that don't use any FFG copyrighted art which are set up specifically for netrunner (mats are marked out with play areas).
And where can I buy these?
When you find a design you like, or alternatively make or commission one, the popular choice seems to be inkedplaymats.com for the actual printing.
Ah, okay. Any chance of official playmats getting sold in the near future?
If you look on eBay you can find some, but they all say "game night" or "regionals" on them.

Not to plug this again, but I put together a duel playmat design with all the zones integrated into some nice artwork a while back. Take a look and see if it will work for you. Enjoy.

They are very nice mats. This particular design is a duel playmat, so it is larger and meant for both sides. Good for friends and friendly players, not so good for grumpy players who refuse to use it with you.

Unlikely. FFG cannot realistically give away product (i.e. data packs) for an LCG, so tournament prize support has to be ancillary gaming materials (i.e. play mats).

They could still have exclusive design exclusive mats for the events/games nights, whilst having more generic ones for sale.

Reaaally love the design, nice job on that one. I am also looking for a good duel playmat and that looks exactly like what I am looking for (actually makes me want to make one myself now that I think of it). It looks so sweet yet the fading half-server 4 makes me cry. Really inspiring though.
