Let's say I have 2 cards in my hand, and I make a run on a trap that gives 4 damage.

1. If I have 3 ticks left, can I use those to draw 3 cards so I get 5 cards, and will survive with 1 card, or do I instantly die?

2. Can I use event cards, like the draw 3 cards event, or do I instantly die? (don't remember the name)

1) No. You can't spend clicks to take actions during a run.

2) No. This is using a click to spend an action, which you can't do during a run.

You are flatlined. Make sure you have enough cards in your hand to survive a trap when you run.
