Hey Everyone

Just wanted to give some props to Fantasy Flight and Fantasy Flight Support Team.

While playing a game with my son, his Hi C orange from mcdonalds seeped through the cup, after we had to put it on hold for a bit. Anyway my B-wing dial was completely ruined.

I asked Fantasy Flight support for a way to buy a new one, since now I have a B-wing with no dial. They sent me a new one free of charge.

This company and their support team are just wonderful, the best I have encountered in the gaming business.

I agree. They've replaced stuff for me for free even after I offered to pay for it. Wonderful company.

They do deserve props, especially after my ship cards recent misadventure through a spin cycle.

Yeah, one of the cannons on my B-wing was bad and fell off really quickly. So they're sending me a new one and I don't need to send the old one back, so I get to make some battle debris. Really a nice change from what I usually experience!

Agreed, they are great. I bought a B-wing and discovered it was missing the Blue Squadron pilot card. A replacement it is on the way.

They are quite excellent. Have replaced an xwing, a tie advanced, an interceptor, and now a lambda, free of charge to myself (all for production flaws).
