What happens if you take control of Griff, he dies and becomes an agenda?

Does he stay with the Baratheon player or does he go back as an Agenda to the Targaeyren house that owned it?

- Can you kneel Jeyne westerling if you do not have an eligilble card in your deck that you can search, reveal and add to your hand?

1. It goes back to the owner (assuming neither controller nor owner has an agenda - if either has one, it goes to the owner's dead pile).

When a card goes to an out of play area, then that card returns to its owner.

Griff will check to see if the controller has an Agenda, and not the person who owns Griff. If the controller has no Agenda, then Griff will attach to its owner's House as an Agenda (assuming the owner has no Agenda too). Otherwise, Griff goes to the dead pile.
