Sad thing is, if I had the money to buy that, I'd probably still end up with only 900 or so marines after I chopped the hell out of things to kitbash stuff. :/

Or a sizeable club. Several thousand is a lot of money, but...how many apocalypse scale armies could you divvy that up into? As an absolute minimum, ten people doing a company each is more sane in terms of size, time and cost, and there are more than enough people out there who've spent over a grand on an army by the time it's 'finished'.

I don't want to even think about what fraction of that lot I already own; after 15+ years of collecting I have the horrifying suspicion it passed 'a quarter' and started heading towards 'a third' quite a while back.

It has many of the ultramarines special characters but no Tyranid War Veterans... Well that's it I'm not buying it :-P
