Bomber Escort (100 pts)

I was looking for ways to use a bomber with fairly guaranteed delivery of cargo. This list seemed to work. The ships all have staying power in one form or another.

No one target sticks out totally and it is quite strong on firepower as well.

I am torn between Proton Torps or Concussion Missiles.

Torps or missiles? One of each! The missiles are great if they have shields up. Later in the game you can use the torps to really stick the critical hits to your target!

It looks like a fun build. You're right that it is difficult to pick a target. But when I consider that Fel has only 3 hull points, it makes me want to kill him first (and fast), and then move on to Rhymer. The Bounty Hunter will be dangerous, but we could try to stay out of its arc and whittle it away in the late game. Rhymer would be an earlier target, but 6 hull and 2 agility make it unlikely that we'll get him dead before he launches his payload anyway.

In which case I would probably kill the Bounty Hunter first, right?

I was pleased with the success of:

Scimitar + torpedoes (x2)

Col. Jenden + STS + Anti-pursuit + ion cannon

x3 Black Squadron TIE

This was up against:

Kyle Katarn + blaster turret + moldy crow

x2 Red Squadron Xwings

x1 Blue Squadron B-wing + torpedo

I like the thinking on one missile, one torp. The very dilemma that you had on what to shoot in what order does somewhat validate the build :-)
