can someone please explain the use of the "make it stop" talent for wierdboys? I'm confused as to why you would want to limit psy ratings.

Past a certain Psy Rating (6 IIRC) you will have to start making Willpower tests every combat round, or you either have to use a psychit technique or take some damage.
