Unique is unique across all card types correct?

So you have a Pilot Card Darth Vader and a Crew Member Darth Vader since they are both named darth vader and have a bullet poin, are we correct in not Allowing you to have both Tie Advanced Darth Vader and Crewman Darth Vader in the same game on the same side.
