You don't steal director Haas, you trash her. If you trash her she is added yo your score area. She is not an agenda, so cards which affect agendas do not affect director Haas.

Edit: more correctly, she does not count as an agenda UNTIL she is trashed. When in the runner's score area she may be used for things like Data Dealer or Frame Job.
