X-wing Tournament coming up on September 28 at Dragon's Lair in San Antonio, TX! Registration opens at 10am, laser bolts fly at 11. We're going to have tons of prizes including large and alternate art cards, acrylic shield and focus tokens, and Wave 3 ships!

In keeping with our Galactic Civil War theme for the month, format will deviate from the standard FFG format - each player will be required to bring TWO 100-point squadrons - one Rebel, one Imperial, and there will be NO mirror matches! Wave 3 ships WILL BE ALLOWED.

I understand the two squadrons may be hard for some players, especially those who normally focus on a single faction. To help with this, we have several players with large collections who have volunteered to help provide ships for those who may need them. First come first served, though, so contact me ASAP through the Dragon's Lair Facebook page or via PM here if you'd like to take advantage of it.

I wish I could come - this is a cool format for a Tourney. SA is close enough to Houston that I could consider doing this some time on a day I wasn't already committed. I hope you will continue to post again when you have more tournaments.

Right, same here. Son has a tee ball game that I'm assistant coaching. Otherwise the trip from Houston would be a great break from the grind.
