Like does it count as a damage bonus: If I were to fight or flight, someone uses rejection then I use TKDZ? Yay/nay?

Nay, you many not use TKDZ after FoF. Returning the attack to it's printed damage would be giving it a bonus of printed damage - 1 which is not allowed.
no im pretty sure u can. Returning an attack to printed damage and giving a damage pump are 2 different things

A bonus is defined as +X (and a penalty -X). Tae Kwon Do Zephyr does not give +X damage, it returns the damage to its printed if it's below printed.
So Fight or Flight's restriction will not apply to TKDZ if the attack is below its printed damage.
However, amusingly, if the attack is at or above printed damage, the TKDZ +1 damage will not apply.
