That's a bit disappointing. I watched Return of the Jedi twice yesterday to see what the shuttle should look like, and the wings are much closer to 90 degrees than what the customer service rep is indicating. The model just doesn't feel right; it's got the wrong shape. I will continue to look for a way to get the wings down further.
